Fancy becoming an ‘Honorary Elf’? Then take the Elf Adventure Challenge at Trentham Shopping Village this December.
Santa’s Elves share some of their secrets during festive themed games and Elf challenges in this interactive, indoor experience, designed for children and adults to enjoy together.
Successfully complete the festive challenges and earn an elf book containing a certificate – plus the title of ‘Honorary Elf’. Perfect for families with children aged 2-10, although please be aware that younger children may need help with some of the activities.
Meanwhile, nature takes the starring role in Trentham Gardens. Open every day, apart from Christmas Day, the award-winning gardens offer sparkling displays of frosty elegance, and when combined with snow, or even a frost, provide the picture-perfect winter wonderland scene.
Enjoy a winter walk through the sweeping parkland, woodland trails or circular lakeside path, follow Trentham’s ever-popular Fairy Trail, with sculptures of fairies and giant dandelions, or discover deer galloping through woodland and a fox creeping through the undergrowth as part of an installation of bronze wildlife sculptures by artist David Meredith dotted around the gardens.
Free parking and free entrance to the Shopping Village. Gardens admission (open every day apart from Christmas Day): £9.45 adults, £8.40 children (5-15 years). Elf Adventure: £11.50 a person (selected dates 15-24 December, check website for details), advance bookings only. For further details, visit www.trentham.co.uk.
